Your alarm installation includes a component called a "digital communicator". This electronic device operates on the same principles used by computer modems and other modern telecommunications equipment.
When we install your system, we program the digital communicator with alarm messages and the communication code for our "Central Station".

The central station is a specialized communications center. Highly trained, professional operators stand by 24 hours a day to monitor your security system. These skilled experts know how to interpret alarm codes and react quickly and efficiently to take the right action.

REDUNDANT MONITORING STATIONS
In the event that the primary central monitoring station would become inoperable, a redundant station would take over the monitoring of your security systems.
